June 30 Board Demo: The Rebuilt System, Live

The custom system goes in front of the board across all five stations. The ask: a remote-review subdomain so leadership can track the build while the work continues.

The Demo

On June 30, 2026, the rebuilt system goes in front of the MMDM board — live, on tablets, across all five active stations: Registration, Triage, Medical, Vision, and Dental. After the architectural reset, this is the first time leadership sees the replacement working end to end rather than described in a meeting.

A Remote Review Channel

Part of the ask is a way for leadership to keep reviewing the build without needing a live demo every time. The proposal is a subdomain — clinic.mmdm.org — deployed through Cloudflare Pages, so the board can check in on progress and request changes while the work continues. This matters more than usual over the coming months: development continues while the author is in Florida for UCF, and a remote-review channel keeps that distance from becoming a communication gap.

mmdm.org itself is currently administered by eCatholic, so adding the subdomain means coordinating a DNS record through them. The goal is to get that working channel established at or shortly after the board meeting.

Open Questions for Clinical Leads

A few items need clinical input before the form set can be finalized, to be raised at or before the demo:

  • Vision form value sets — the Snellen model, reader strengths, sunglasses SKUs, and the dispensing model.
  • Formulary admin data, to be confirmed with Dr. Byrd.
  • Dental form review, via Cathy Short and Linda.
